awaken your strongest, healthiest self.


Health and fitness is never achieved in a singular point in time, it's a continuous journey of self-discover and growth. Seeking Sattva combines movement, rest, nutrition, detox, and mindset coaching to

holistically balance body and mind.


The whole body is a deeply interconnected system that works optimally when in balance. However, when one or more parts of this system are out of balance, achieving your health goals can feel like an uphill battle. 

Seeking Sattva can help you identify imbalances, re-balance the body,

and remove hidden barriers to achieving your optimal health.
